The Kentucky Bankers Association and the Graduate School of Banking at Madison have partnered to offer a first-of-its-kind joint program. We are pleased to join together to bring nationally-known GSB instructor Robert McGoffin to Kentucky bankers.

Today's Community Bank Model: There is No "Normal" Anymore is designed to assist presidents, CEOs, senior managers and directors with critical decisions they must make today that will have a major impact in the years to come. This program is limited to KBA members; however, GSB graduation is not a prerequisite for attendance. Due to the interactive, hands-on nature of the workshop format, the program is limited to 35 participants.
Don't wait for things to get back to normal - they won't. Business as usual will be business lost. This is a new frontier, and to succeed, bankers need to be prepared. As an attendee, you'll receive information, answers and action strategies that you can take back to the bank for immediate implementation to improve your earnings and manage your expenses.

About the Instructor
Robert McGoffin has been a CEO of three different banks and is an experienced bank consultant who operates www.askourbanker.com. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, he conducts training sessions for CEOs and senior lending officers and provides management and strategy consulting to community banks. He is also an instructor at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the lead instructor for the GSB Senior Management Seminar, and brings practical and proven strategies to his program.
