KBA Convention EXPO

Simply complete the enclosed reservation form and return it along with your payment. Exhibit spaces will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. You may indicate up to four exhibit space numbers in order of preference. To assure the best selection, please register early.

With each exhibit space purchased, the company is entitled to one full convention registration. Any additional exhibit space personnel need to register as a full registrant of the convention. All persons working in the Exhibit Hall must wear an exhibitor’s badge.

Reserving Your Booth Space
Online registration is not available for this event. Click here for a printable program brochure with registration form Submit by July 23rd.. Registrations first come; first served. After Jul 23rd, please add $300 for late fee to Exhibitor Fee

Installation of Exhibits
Fri, Sept 17 , 8:00 - 10:00 pm and Sat, Sept 18, noon - 2:30 pm

Dismantling of Exhibits
Mon, Sept 20, 8:00 - 9:00 am (Exhibits must be dismantled at this time)

Electric & Additional Equipment or Services - Electrical outlets or any other additional equipment or services except internet access & phone lines, if needed, for exhibits must be ordered from the official exposition contractor/decorator, George E. Fern Company. George E. Fern Company can provide equipment, decorations, carpeting, lighting, set up and breakdown, labor, etc., but KBA assumes no responsibility whatsoever with respect thereto. The exhibit area is carpeted.
