This year's certified teller seminar will focus on the "21st Century Teller." We will review and discuss the keys to being successful in today's high tech world while maintaining the high touch and quality service that have been the hallmark of tellers for generations.

This interactive fast paced session will lead attendees through a quick look at the past, present, and future of the teller position. Participants will discuss and define the role and critical skills required of the 21st Century Teller.
